ClearBreach for MSPs
Your clients have privacy obligations under Canadian law whether or not anyone is looking after them. Most have no privacy officer, no policy anyone has read, and nothing written down about what to do in the first hour of a breach.
ClearBreach lets you run that work for them, properly recorded, in their name, from one account.
From $1,645 a year for five clients, plus applicable taxes. The rate per client falls at 11 and again at 51.
What you get
One provider account holding all of your clients.
One account, every client
Your clients are listed on one screen with the province each operates in and where their compliance assessment stands. You do not sign in and out of anything.
Work inside a client's file
Open a client and run a breach assessment, an annual compliance assessment or a privacy impact assessment for them. Everything you produce is filed under that client, not under you.
You always know whose file you are in
While you are working for a client, a banner across the top says which one, and the record keeps the name of the person who ran it. That is the answer when a client asks who did what, and it is the reason the two never get mixed up.
Their allowance, not yours
Each client has their own assessment allowance. Using yours does not use theirs, and running an assessment for one client takes nothing from another.

What your client gets
This is the half worth reading before you decide, because it is the half your client sees.
Their own sign-in
Each client gets their own account and their own portal. They see their assessments, their documents and where their compliance programme stands.
Your name is on it
The client portal names you as their provider. They know who is looking after this, which is the point of you being there.
The records are theirs
What you produce for a client belongs to that client. If the relationship ends, their compliance history does not disappear with your account.
What lands in their hands
These are complete assessments for a fictional clinic, produced by the same engine that runs for your clients. Nothing on them was written for marketing.
What it covers, and what it does not
PIPEDA, Alberta PIPA and BC PIPA. Every province is assessed, under PIPEDA where there is no provincial private-sector Act, and under Alberta or BC PIPA where there is.
Quebec is the exception. It has its own private-sector Act, Law 25, and this product does not assess it. A client operating in Quebec is told so in the assessment rather than left to find out later.
ClearBreach produces the documents a compliance conversation needs. It does not give legal advice, and it does not decide anything a lawyer would decide for your client.
Written for providers
Four guides about the moments where managing somebody else’s privacy obligations actually decides something. They are operational rather than promotional, so you can send one to a client without editing it.
- Onboarding a client → the six privacy questions worth asking in week one
- A breach at a client → who notifies whom, and why the duty stays with them
- Answering a client security questionnaire → what the questions are really asking
- Offboarding a client → what happens to their compliance records
Pricing
MSP plans are priced per client, from five clients up, and the rate falls as you add more.
