This is a demonstration, not an assessment of your own situation. It uses a fictional organization, ACME Dental, a two location practice in Alberta with eleven staff and about 4,000 patient records. Most of its answers are already filled in. You answer four, and the findings and the documents change with what you choose.
The result and the documents are the real ones. Every combination on this page was produced by the same engine a subscriber uses, before the page was published. Three of the eight documents can be downloaded here; a subscriber receives the whole set, for their own organization.
